This means she’s asking the court to 1) formally acknowledge the defendants have willfully and recklessly violated her constitutional rights; 2) prohibit them from any future investigations into her protected free speech; and 3) monetarily compensate her (and her attorneys) for depriving her of her right to practice medicine, defiling her personal and professional reputation, and for violating her constitutional rights.In July 2020, Dr. Gold and the original frontline doctors courageously stood on the steps of the Supreme Court, publicly denounced medical censorship and tyranny, and declared the truth about CV19. The&nbsp;<a href="https://aflds.org/videos/post/white-coat-summit-2020-flashback">event</a> was live streamed and viewed by an estimated 20 million viewers before internet controllers scrubbed the video from every media platform.&nbsp; In late December 2020, Dr. Gold requested and received a permit to speak at the U.S. Capitol on January 6&nbsp;(J6). About a month after her speech, she was violently arrested in her California home for alleged trespassing. After observing that all J6 defendants, including bystanders and observers, were being selectively persecuted with severe felony charges without evidence, Dr. Gold accepted a plea deal for a misdemeanor. For the first time in his judicial career, the J6 D.C. trial judge sentenced a nonviolent misdemeanant to 60 days in maximum security federal prison.&nbsp;Very surprisingly, it was revealed at Dr. Gold’s sentencing, that the president of the CMB, Kristina Lawson, had an extraordinary personal vendetta against Dr. Gold. Kristina Lawson wrote a four-page letter to the Judge filled with vitriol against Dr. Gold. At sentencing the Judge clearly indicated that the “crime” was not related to the practice of medicine. But the “investigations” by Kristina escalated. In August 2023, Dr. Gold received correspondence from the defendants that several of their “investigations” were “now closed.” Dr. Gold and her attorneys were never informed of any such investigations, which is required by law. The defendants’ claim that Dr. Gold’s speech on J6 is a “Conviction of a Crime Substantially Related to the Qualifications, Functions, or Duties of a Physician and Surgeon” and “General Unprofessional Conduct.” In its 147-year history, the CMB has&nbsp;never sought the removal of a doctor’s medical license for a misdemeanor trespass.&nbsp;The Medical Board of California typically sanctions doctors for highly egregious misdeeds related to the practice of medicine such as sexual abuse of patients, gross incompetence, or healthcare fraud.Dr. Gold is set for hearing before the California Medical Board on November 13. Her attorneys will argue that her misdemeanor conviction is not substantially related to her qualifications as a doctor and surgeon. Should Dr. Gold&nbsp;not prevail, there will be a new standard in California - that politically protected speech and a misdemeanor plea can cost a licensee their livelihood. This is extraordinarily dangerous.&nbsp;While the defendants expend valuable taxpayer funded resources and time to unlawfully pursue and threaten Dr. Gold, it’s important to note the agency has been derelict in their own statutory mission and authority. One of the primary roles of the CMB, which is backed by the Governor and the state’s legislative branch, is to protect the health and safety of Californians. This is 16x harsher than what Gold received for the exact same behavior. This video shows the entirety of his experience inside the Capitol. The complete alleged crime is captured on the government’s own videotape. We invite our readers to watch and decide for themselves if Strand committed any crime. The DOJ severely and improperly overcharged Strand, Gold, and hundreds of other J6 defendants – including the now-infamous 20-year “Obstruction of Justice” felony which is Title 18 U.S.C. 1512 entitled Witness Tampering. This illegal overcharging has led most defendants to quickly accept a plea, allowing the government to avoid discovery procedures and fabricate a false narrative of seditious intentions.&nbsp;Similar to Strand, most protestors on J6 were peaceful, non-violent, and many were Christians who openly prayed and displayed Christian symbols. The majority of J6 defendants have been subjected to extremely violent SWAT team assaults on their families and children, false and defamatory allegations, and absurdly excessive legal charges. J6 defendants are also enduring gross violations of the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection clause.All J6 trials are being conducted in Washington, D.C. District Court where none of the J6 defendants can receive a fair and impartial judge and jury. No judge has approved a motion for change in venue, despite abundant evidence that D.C. juries are severely biased. Judge Cooper went to extraordinary lengths in court to defend the jurors as unbiased. In speaking extensively about the nonpartisan nature of D.C. jurors, he made statements that are demonstrably false. If judges were dispassionate about these cases, then they would consider a change in venue to jurisdictions that are not openly biased to such an extreme degree in their political allegiance. J6 was a politically charged event, and to suggest otherwise is absurd. The data is indisputable: around 97% of D.C. residents voted for Joe Biden, and their correlating hatred of President Trump and anyone supporting him is vividly clear.Judge Cooper also appeared to be incensed over John Strand’s persistence in exercising his First Amendment Constitutional right to free speech. Since his arrest, Strand has been vocal about the disparate treatment of J6 defendants in contrast to innumerable examples of recent Marxist-driven protests and riots. Judge Cooper acknowledged that Strand was not involved in any activities regarding the election certification, that he was not violent, and not different from thousands of other protestors; yet the judge singled him out for speaking publicly. This judge openly punished Strand, an American citizen, for political speech that criticized the government. The doctors seek the right to prescribe ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19 while simultaneously reminding the court of their legal right to do so as licensed medical practitioners. Also, notwithstanding being previously threatened with and subjected to professional discipline for prescribing ivermectin, the doctors forge on in their brave legal fight. They are challenging the FDA’s slanderous anti-ivermectin propaganda campaign – an unjustifiable smear campaign which the doctors allege is the primary impetus behind a plethora of hostile threats and attacks levelled against them by colleagues and state medical boards.The doctors state the FDA violated the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&amp;C Act) by implementing the aggressive (and likely illegal) anti-ivermectin propaganda campaign in an intentional effort to confuse the public and healthcare providers by mocking, deriding, and minimizing the superior medicinal qualities of the 2015 Nobel Prize-winning ivermectin as a treatment for COVID-19. The doctors cite multiple sources of flawed and distorted FDA publications that make outlandish claims such as, “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it”, and “You should not take any medicine to treat or prevent COVID-19 unless it has been prescribed to you by your health care provider and acquired from a legitimate source.” However, each of the plaintiff doctors have successfully treated thousands of COVID-19 patients during the pandemic with ivermectin.&nbsp;The case, unfortunately, was dismissed on December 6, 2022, by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown, who ruled in favour of the defendant-FDA’s claim of sovereign immunity (meaning the FDA or government is immune from any legal wrongdoing). The doctors filed an appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and Boyden Gray requested AFLDS’s legal team to file a second, updated amicus curiae&nbsp;brief. We were more than happy to oblige.We at AFLDS disagree with Judge Brown that sovereign immunity can shield the FDA from egregious and likely illegal conduct. We believe the FDA’s relentless anti-ivermectin propaganda campaign not only infringes on doctors’ free speech rights and harms doctors, but it also harms those most in need – the countless numbers of patients who can benefit from the doctor-prescribed, life-saving miracle drug ivermectin. &nbsp; As stated by an AFLDS-affiliated attorney, "It is shocking that in America, critically ill patients were forced to hire attorneys to go to court to obtain access to legal lifesaving medications such as ivermectin, legally prescribed by their doctors. AZ Judge Denies Motion to Dismiss Founder’s Lawsuit and Rejects Board’s Attempted Power Grab

February 8, 2023Ill-Advised Board Disregards Judge’s Instruction to Reach Amicable Settlement; Instead Slanders Dr. Gold in Media and Attempts to Terminate StaffNAPLES, Fla. – The Founder of America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) Dr. Simone Gold was recently compelled to direct her whistleblowing efforts within her own camp. ThomasonAFLDS Founder Dr. Simone Gold Continues Litigation to Expose Corruption and Retaliation by Board members Joey Gilbert and Richard MackPHOENIX, Ariz. – After nearly 3 years of relentlessly exposing corruption in the medical and government space, the Founder of America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) Dr. Simone Gold was compelled to direct her whistleblowing efforts within her own camp. Upon attempting to resume her leadership of AFLDS after a self-imposed leadership hiatus due to her J6 challenges and enduring a 2-month prison sentence related to a controversial J6 misdemeanor, she discovered a rogue Board member and attorney on her non-profit board of directors had been misappropriating funds for himself, more than $100,000, compromising key fundraising initiatives and enacting a hostile takeover in her absence by firing much of her executive staff based on false and deceptive claims.Gold immediately investigated and provided extensive documentation of this theft and corruption to her board and outside counsel, recusing the culprit Joseph Gilbert from his position and urging the board to remove him. The AZ judge’s written statement following a recent court hearing exposes&nbsp;alarming deception and misconduct by both Gilbert and Mack. Gilbert publicly slandered Gold with accusations that she embezzled non-profit funds and purchased a private home and vehicles without Board knowledge or approval; but the court unequivocally determined this was doubly false—the assets were all purchased by the non-profit for legitimate business operations, and the board was completely aware and supportive from the beginning, starting with Gilbert himself, who in fact suggested and facilitated the purchases.Further, Gilbert secretly pressured the AFLDS Treasurer to pay him additional monies above his already exorbitant salary. In this regard, the court stated “the pay increase was not handled properly and should not have occurred. A hallway conversation is not the proper way to increase a corporate officer’s pay. The manner in which Gilbert increased his pay does smell of self-dealing.” The court continued&nbsp;“Gilbert is apparently still being paid $20,000 per month from AFLDS. It is not at all clear why the company decided to pay Mack an additional $20,000 per [month] to be President. It is far from clear to the Court what Mack’s role in the company is. He does not appear to have any corporate managerial experience…paying Mack and Gilbert a total of $40,000 per month appears to the Court to be greatly excessive. Gilbert and Mack contend that they are in charge and control of the company. Yet, it has been on their watch that the company’s operations have spiraled into chaos.”Indeed, instead of acknowledging his misconduct and participating in a sensible resolution when confronted by the AFLDS Executive Director and then by Dr. Gold, Gilbert retaliated by aggressively defaming Gold, corruptly using AFLDS resources to employ Richard Mack to attack Gold’s character, greatly harming the reputation of AFLDS and endangering its survival and future success. Gilbert admitted to Mack in writing that “Dr. Gold would be…correct in her critique that we are doing this just to spite her…”In addition to pointing out these highly inappropriate and malicious acts by Gilbert and Mack, the court also confirmed the obvious facts that AFLDS was created by Dr. Gold, has been operated under her direction ever since, and only exists and succeeds due to her unique and extraordinary abilities, stating:“Gold continues to have a substantial following from many of the employees of the company…Gold was allowed to continue to be heavily involved in AFLDS’s operations by the [Board of Directors]. The chaos that currently exists with this company has arisen, at least in part, due to Gilbert and Mack’s failure to adequately control the company…the Court seriously questions whether Gilbert and Mack have the skill sets to properly run this non-profit company. The Court is not convinced that Gold is causing irreparable injury to this company. Rogue Lawyer and Disgraced Board Member Continues Ploy to Represent AFLDS with Publicity Stunts

December 9, 2022&nbsp;Coronavirus Committee Still Using Disproven Disinformation to Intimidate Doctors Serving Patients and the Public&nbsp;WASHINGTON, D.C. – Never known for their apologies, the bureaucratic class in Washington instead doubled down on disinformation; a necessary term given the abundance of past and current evidence completely debunking the claims they continue to use as obvious political weapons in trying to intimidate and silence dissident voices in the medical and scientific communities. The “Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis” issued a press release today announcing the release of their final report, which they promise “reveals new findings,” only to sorely disappoint with a hemorrhage of erroneous partisan propaganda, now two years stale.&nbsp;This is the same committee that directly targeted America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) more than a year ago on October 29, 2021, with an aggressive letter threatening the non-profit dedicated to serving the public during the stressful advent of the coronavirus chaos, accusing them of “endangering American lives and harming our efforts to stop the spread of the virus” and “erod[ing] public confidence in proven treatments and prevent[ing] measures and hinder[ing] efforts to control the pandemic.” Ominous allegations, to be sure.&nbsp;They didn’t stop there. Clearly unencumbered by any obligation to factual data, they charged ahead with outright lies, alleging that AFLDS “endangers public health and fuels vaccine hesitancy by promoting the false ideas that coronavirus vaccines are unsafe and ineffective”—even while vaccine deaths and harms are exploding with newly released data showing up to 10 million adverse events per month reported to VAERS during 2021, and every health baron from Fauci on down has been forced to admit the shots are incapable of preventing disease or transmission, and the overwhelming majority of hospitalizations are of the vaccinated. The committee further claimed that AFLDS also endangers the public by informing them “that alternative drugs can prevent or cure coronavirus infections”— with not only thousands of direct testimonials to indicate this fact, but also over 300 verified studies confirming the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin in treating coronavirus infections.&nbsp;The “final report” was nothing more than a predictable recycling of these lies in a laundry list of political jabs blaming every negative circumstance on President Trump, and inexplicably claiming some sort of subsequent victory for the Biden administration.
